Hello Fellow January Filers!!!! Has anyone received any approvals from the Texas processing center???? It's been 4 months since I filed and 1year and 7 months since I last saw my husband..... hopeful the approval comes in any day now.

We're at day #105, so according to VJ... almost there ! Hopefully...

Hey there.

I-130 recieved by uscis on 01/05. 

VJ says we're about to get our NOA2 but after all these months of waiting and some issues about our case it seems doubtful.

If they'd need RFEs or any additional info do you think they would let us know us earlier? Or can it happen even after months of waiting?

Apparently, they are on first week of January.  Hopefully in two weeks, you might hear something.

I check that page religiously every fay (sometimes several times), and the dates seem to keep leaping forward and backwards... it's so unpredictable and source of sheer excitement as well as horrible frustration!
