oh dear God, yes.

I love my parents, but just spending that much time on an island without working a lot drives me crazy. I wouldn't survive a full year again.

well, a touch up would be less money and pain than the removal. But if you feel that it doesn't suit you anymore, a cover up could also be an option, going for a different design entirely. You should consult and see what your artist comes up with. :)

I can only imagine! I was raised i a small village in surinam and like everyone was related, when I was 15 my grandmother send me to the Netherlands to go live with my mother, I missed my grandmother badly, but as a kid you have no choice but to obey. she's no longer alive so I no longer feel the need to travel to surinam. it's too small of country for me...I get bored after being there for two weeks. But going to school there gave me alot of discipline and spanish was/still is mandatory in high school, i could wissle spanish....since living here i have to think before i speak it's been 20 years...I'll definitely consult an artist to see what the options are, thank you.

I think the most important are papers about economics, be sure all concerning to the 260 form and AOS is ok, it's a load of concurrent documents you must gather, tax filing, bank documents, etc. In our case, both living in Spain, we also need a sponsor, etc, etc. It's a drag.

Lord, don't get me started about Spain. We have a client in Spain which we have seconded two employees two. In order to get these two men through the security of the client'side building I've been trying to sort out the compliance paperwork for two weeks now....pfffff.....the bureaucracy is real and such a time drag. Well I hope you both have enough support on each other and push through it. 🤗

Well, we had to close down 2 companies ruined by the Spanish government, we have lost everything, but we have each other, two 7 years old girls, and a strong support from our family in the states, and we have new projects in mind to start again. It's not that bad, others along history faced wars or other disasters.

Even now, facing difficult times, we feel lucky.

Cozumel is an island on top of everything, so I just felt extra trapped. I do like going back for the beach and to see my parents, but I can't handle it for long periods of time. Also the humidity messes with my hair a lot! hah

It is really weird that latest USCIS processing date for Texas (spouse I-130) went backward from January to February. It was September 4th,2016  as end of January 31st and now after February 28th, it went back to September 2,2016. Doesn't make any sense

Thank you!  Yes it seems so!  I actually had sent off for a K3 visa for my spouse at the same time even though I knew that more than likely the cases would be merged.  However it didn't cost extra so I figured it didn't hurt.  On the 19th the USCIS site noted the K3 (129) as terminated.  We were hoping that meant that we would soon hear back on the I-130.  Interestingly, the date of the I-130 approval is April 19th so it was approved the same day that USCIS updated about the K3.  As others have mentioned on these forums, our paper copy of the I-130 approval arrived before any updates were made for that application on both the USCIS tracker and the tracker app.

I don't think the k3 had anything to do with it because I seen a lot of approvals from December in the Texas service center lately and I'm glad Janurary is starting to get approved

Yes I agree, I don't think doing the K3 sped up the process at all, I just meant seeing the K3 get terminated was a good sign for us but we didn't know that for sure until seeing that one was terminated the same day that the other was approved.  I am also glad December and January are getting processed.  I know more approvals are around the corner.
