Looks Like Nebraska, is moving again VJ says September 30th, with 6 days still to go this month we could be moving into October, YAY

The transfers out have really made a difference I think, and a lot of October filers were also transferred I believe.

I am finding myself smiling more and more, my estimate is July 5th though to the 19th - it changes but seriously its getting so close, The hubby is coming to the UK in 34 days and I am planning heading out June 30th for ten days.

I don't know about you lot but Spring is in the air, and while every day is another day apart, its also another day closer to being back together.

Hope you guys are as happy and excited as me.

Yes. Coincidentally my cousin married a non-USC three days after me, neither of us knew of the other's plans. She is doing AOS, and I was shocked it was possible. But in our case, we weren't eligible and not worth the risk.

Sorry, you're not eligible, for? Is your cousin's wife doing an Adjustment of Status having applied to an I130?

Thanks

Sorry. We weren't eligible for AOS because he came here on a tourist visa. My cousin's husband filed an AOS and I-130 concurrently. I think they did marry on a whim and were thus eligible.

ETA: I was confused too because until then I had no idea you could file AOS and for a spousal visa together.

I'm glad to hear Nebraska is moving slightly faster. I'm still focused on the 4 or so months we have left until our case is adjudicated by USCIS, since my estimated is august 26th to September 6th. Staying busy really helps! I love my clients and I found a good place to live temporarily in Mexico City so I won't be at my parents in Cozumel during a whole year. God knows I wouldn't be able to survive it!

Hello everyone,

I am new to this and am also a Jan filer. My husband and I lived in the U.K. For many years, I am A USC and filed I-130 on Jan 3, 2017 to the Chicago po box.  They received Jan 4 and transferred my case to the Texas Processing center. I am hoping I get a response soon. We have been apart for almost 2 years and our son misses his daddy more and more as the days go by. Good luck to everyone!!!

oh dear God, yes.

I love my parents, but just spending that much time on an island without working a lot drives me crazy. I wouldn't survive a full year again.

well, a touch up would be less money and pain than the removal. But if you feel that it doesn't suit you anymore, a cover up could also be an option, going for a different design entirely. You should consult and see what your artist comes up with. :)

I think the most important are papers about economics, be sure all concerning to the 260 form and AOS is ok, it's a load of concurrent documents you must gather, tax filing, bank documents, etc. In our case, both living in Spain, we also need a sponsor, etc, etc. It's a drag.
