The CEAC website will always say "ACTION REQUIRED: SUBMIT REQUESTED DOCUMENTS" till your case is complete. It is normal, nothing to worry. After your case is complete, the CEAC site will show "At NVC". Good luck !!

Good  News Everyone !! 

 

Just called NVC and get an interview date of 4th December at Dhaka Embassy. My CC was 10/30. :jest: NVC still scheduling interviews, so those who are waiting for interview dates, make sure to call everyday. I hope yours one is there as well.

OMG I am so sorry! I am so anxious waiting for my approval. I am Feb 6. Torotoguy got his approval yesterday and his date is Feb 8.

 

I think your petition is in the same pile as mine. If I see any Jan approvals come through on the app from Ireland you will be the first to know.

Hey there!

I'm new here*) I'm in a student visa and my husband is a permanent resident.. We filled the I-130 in the end of July, 2017. Since we live in Texas, we sent it to Phoenix Lockbox, but for some reason our case were distributed to California Center and they seem to be so slow in the process>.<

So, my question is, if someone is waiting for approval from California Center?  I'd appreciate any experience exchange*)

Well obviously, Friday was a holiday... took me f-o-r-e-v-e-r to talk to a representative today, as I still didn't have a date for the interview.

 

And... *drumroll*, as a a matter of fact, today... I was told that my interview had been scheduled for DECEMBER 5th ! Like, super soon!

 

 

Someone is not going to be able to sleep tonight, out of sheer excitement! :-)   WOOOOOT!
