Ahh we had tax problems too! Actually we still have them... hoping to bring the adjusted tax forms to the interview (even though we weren't asked to) just in case and so far they are still "processing" it's been 14 weeks ... :|

its all a learning curve eh? :D

also regarding CC - we never called we just kept checking ceac for AT NVC status and for aos line to disappear. At the 6 week mark that happened and then we called and they confirmed CC.

Hopefully it's still that fast or faster for you !!

absolutely a learning curve, ever since I've started this process my guts has always been right about when my case has been touched  I get anxious and something keeps telling me to either check or call, lol we called cause I was anxious all day and wanted to know if they had really touched my case. Hopefully these next two weeks will go by fast and we will have CC

Did you receive a 'CASE Complete' email? My case was completed last Thursday but still haven't received an email from NVC. I also kept on checking on CEAC and then saw the "AT NVC" status. I called the NVC to confirm. I spoke to the NVC yesterday and they told me that they don't send out CC emails anymore. But another rep told me that it takes a week to send them out.

We got our "case complete" email about a week or so after our status changed on the ceac site. It isn't very useful, it just states that they have processed your case and it will be forwarded on to the relevant embassy etc.

They continue to say 11 weeks but it seems to be around 6 - 8 weeks at the moment. Fingers crossed for you!

😁 I'm the one with the Mohawk lol, thanks for the compliment. We have a duty to balance this community, the world is crazier outside of what we as a group go through during this process. Kindness is free & fairtrade i always say. Have a good one! 🤗
