Just wanted to say AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! What the #### is up with Nebraska? Are those corn-fed arseholes not able to think clearly due to all the high fructose corn syrup pumping through their veins? I've seen Potomac applicants being approved from April. This is absolutely insane.

Right in the same situation... US Citizen/Spanish spouse/7 yrs old twins, US-ESP citizenship...

 

And the whole family waiting to move since January because with twin toddlers we need both parents at home...

Hi Nebraskans,

 

I just received an email that a Request for Evidence was sent to me today. My PD date is Jan 11 so I guess if your PD is in January, the good news is they are working on it. I am anxious to get it and see what they need and how much longer this will delay the whole process. I'm in Australia so the letter will probably take a while getting here as well. I thought I was pretty thorough and my husband and I have been married for 5 years and together for 12+ years maybe even longer. Just wanted to let everyone know. I'll keep you posted on what kind of things they ask for when I receive it. Sigh 😔

To be honest, they probably just lost something. That seems to be a trend with the USCIS and unfortunately, it'll end up extending things another 2 months or so I'd imagine. But at least they are working on things - I've mentally prepared myself for RFE or something to further delay it all.
