Hi Please help

1.When I edit my I864 I cannot see the bar code.

2. Do I need to write N/A to all fields with pen, not on computer?

3. Even if I say my mailing address is same as my physical address, I put the same address again in mailing address?

Thanks

When you save the i864 to your computer desktop and then open it in adobe you should be able to see the barcode. Sometimes you can't see it until after downloading and saving it to computer.

This summer (Aug 9) we went to an USCIS office in Newark NJ during our holydays, (we both live in Spain now), and we where told our I130 was already approved, (PD Jan 16th), just we where in line to be notified along mid September, so I think those in Nebraska will have notices over the next couple of weeks, so have all papers ready.

Good luck to all.

Exactly. Our I130 was approved on August 9th, but we need to wait in line to receive NOA2.

I'm confused as to why you are in line to receive NOA2, surely if it has been approved it shouldn't take over a month just to receive NOA2. Does your case say it has been approved on the USCIS case tracker? I feel like this is false hope for us Nebraska filers 😔 Praying to hear something soon as we are now 220 days in!

I am not calling you a liar? I simply said I feel like this is false hope to Nebraska filers, as it is strange that they have said you have been approved and still had no evidence of it. My doubt is with the service centre not your comments.

Of course I hope what you have been told is true and we start seeing some NOA2 as we have all been waiting forever and a day just to be able to be with our loved ones.

I apologise for any confusion in my comment, my doubt is not with you it's with the slowwww awful service centre we have been blessed with 😒

I know it's being a torture. The guy at the counter was very nice with us, he said our case was reviewed by USCIS and approved, (when??) but we must wait for Nebraska to send the resolution to NVC and this to process the case and contact contact with us. He also said that Nebraska is the biggest service center, hence the processing times.

We left the office and went to have an ice cream with the girls, we where happy for the news, but we don't now anything else.

Sorry for my comment, we are in some stress with this, despite we live all together in Spain while most of you are separated from your loved ones, I can't imagine such situation.

As soon as we get any advance we'll keep you updated.
