Hi there 😀 I have not due to the fact that many posters on here with PD in november and december , and are also being processed in Nebraska , have not received word yet. Nebraska is a disaster and looking at the comments from fellow nebraska posters it didnt really help them to call, they were just told they are still within limit....  it has been a long time but others  have even been waiting longer...looks like Nebraska takes over 8 months at least right now to get approved 😪

Well, I'm kind of new To this...what is happening with nebraska I filed I130 petition for  my spouse con january 23 2017...got my noa1 con the 26th and stil no aproval...i am living with my husband un México and i dont know what is going con with petition ...I am a US citizen

Both Nebraska and California centres are taking so long, i got sent to California with pd jan 17 and its been about 220 days and still no approval notice yet. Im just wondering how backlogged both centres are and how long more we Jan filers have to wait ** sighs**🤕🤕🤔🤔

Immigrating to the States is long since it is a salvation destination for many people from the economic point of view, but especially long in these times of world insecurity when countries must know with the utmost confidence who is entering their borders, The criminal records no longer indicate anything, just look at the events that have happened in Europe in recent years.

If my daughters go to live in that country, I prefer a safe country rather than a country that lets in a possible terrorist.

Finally, but not least, you and I are immigrating to a country that gives us the opportunity to start again. I do not think it is a good attitude to criticize the country that welcomes you because the process takes a long time, I have been 48 years living outside the United States, I will not die because I have to wait another year.

been a minute since I've been here, but I hope you all are well. I have yet to send my docs, due to my wife's inefficient ways, we just now finally got her taxes for 2016 filed. So yeah, I'm not really in a happy mood & I won't even think about it too long.
