i am kartik

petietion date :19/04/2204

file type : family F4.

i am little cinfused about my age out.

my petioner are submit DS-260 And i get mail about thats documents are approved and soon they will call for interview. but there is not any description about my name , thats every  where my dad name.so i am confused should i can go with my parents ? i am eligible to go with them ? what should i have to do for go with them (if any form such seek to aquire), i dont know when i should to fillup seek to aquire. only visa processing/application fees we pay else nothing , so plz advisers suggest me.

  There are 2 dates you must have,  the date the petition was accepted for processing ( it would be shortly after it was sent in )  and the date the petition was approved.  ( the person that sent the petition in has a notice with that date)   you count the days between these 2 dates and subtract them from your own age.  If you are under 21 in these calculations you are ok.

  So the time between the first 2 dates is just over 5 years     If your dates are correct you are still good to come.
