Dears,,

I got my k1 visa before and I entered the US and stayed there for a month before getting married we were waiting for the SSN after a month since I entered the US i had to go back for family emergency.i mailed the embassy and USCIS for a rentry cause my visa still valid

But they said we had to start the hole process again

When i got to the interview for the second time

The CO give me white paper 203 G with revoked

Cause he said that he don't believe me that i intent to marry her although we waiting for the ssn to get married

So what the best Solution for that

Is there any good solution for that

Can we make another interview date any my fiancé is gonna attend it

Is that the k3 visa better or CR1 ??

What is the best solution for us thank you

It is a little unclear as to if you are currently married or not, but at this point if you are not married and the reason for your denial is that the CO did not believe you would get married

YES go get married and file for a CR1, process will take about a year, follow the guides on this site using a computer to understand the requirements

Go ahead and get married and file a cr1. For future references, if you ever need to leave the us before you have a valid greencard, there are special forms you can file that permit you to leave and come back.

Best of luck

Why does he think you don't intend to get married. If you are on K1 visa you can marry within 3 months of your entry to the States. The other thing is you need to show him what kind of family emergency you went back home for to convince him that there was a reason for that.

Do K-3 which is basically I-130 with I-129F it can be quicker than CR-1 (I-130 alone)

When was the last K3 you saw issued on here ? They are about as frequent as unicorns.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Very true. LOL

I know of at least one member who is pursing it as we speak.

It certainly doesn't hurt to try though.

I-130's have been approved in as soon as 30 days to more than 6 months this year so I guess it's all about timing but yeah your point is well taken.

The OP will have to decided what is best for him.

Thanks

OK the OP was hard to understand but I think I got it.

  • Got approved for first K1.
  • You came to the US.
  • Waited for your SSN.
  • Had to leave to go back home for a family emergency.
  • Did NOT get married before leaving the US.
  • Filed for a second K1.
  • Got denied second K1.

Is this correct?

If so, I can see why the denial. You don't need an SSN to marry. Best not to try for another K1. It is best to just get married in your country then file for spousal visa. Will take about a year.

The problem for women is the SS office is run by idiots and they don't want to issue a number to your new name because it doesn't match the name on the K1 authorizing document. Men don't have this issue

They refused to make a re entry for me to go back and they told us to do the whole process again and we did but the CO didn't believe me that this time we are gonna get marry and revoked the visa my interview view was December 14 , but he gave me a white paper 203 G with revoked and told me your case will return to USCIS..so my fiancé sent them some mails and asked for another interview and she will attend it with me also she faxed he senator..yesterday I checked the ceac case tracker there was an update with case Status ready I sent them an email today and they replied with ....,,

Thank you for your e-mail message.

Please note that your case is currently undergoing mandatory administrative processing. The time needed to review an individuals case is difficult to predict. Once this process is complete, we will notify you of the next step in your case.

Regards,

Consular Staff

So is there any hope from that they will open and review the case again ??

There is a small chance they may review and give you a second interview.... but usually once the embassy revokes/denies the visa, that is all... the petition would return to USCIS where it will sit until it basically expires after 6-12 months...

I doubt that they will grant you a second interview but he did the right thing in requesting one.

Though it says AP on your ceac status it does not mean anything.

It will say AP even if they are sending the petition back.

If returned you will have to start over a third time, I suggest marry and do a CR1 instead of another K1.
