It's been 10.5 years for you if she filed in June 2007. They are currently processing cases from October 2005 so you have about another 2 years to wait.

OK, now I'm confused. You have posted numerous threads. One saying your grandparents petitioned for your parents and you in 2007. Another saying your parents petitioned in 2009 but they died. Another saying your sister is petitioning you and she filed in 2010. Another saying you are being adopted.

Please give us the correct story and you will have a better chance of getting the correct answer.

no no the petition is not for me its for my parent

my grandparents sponsor my parent

Ok, that’s door #1...grandparents sponsoring parents. Note the date.

hey its been almost 10 years since my mother sponsor me. she is a U.S citizen and she sponsor my family since 2007 21 JULY.

the only paper I have receive is the approval paper . I frequently check the visa bulletin but I don't really understand it. From last month to this month the visa bulletin only go up 8 days.

so I'm wondering is that normal how we only have the approval paper, and how long more we have to wait

THANK YOU

3 days after your grandparents filed to sponsor your parents, your mother became a citizen and sponsored you? Um....

hey I was wondering how long does an adoption take . my adopted father is a us citizen in America and he sponsor me in 2016 December 12

how long more I have to wait

Thank you

Then your adopted USC father sponsored you..... 9 years after your USC mom sponsored you.

hey my parents sponsor my family in 2002 with F3 category and then after my parents died in 2007, my sister take over the sponsoring she sponsor us back in 2010, so I am water how ling will its take for use to get our papers them , will it start all over again or will it continued ... can some give me the year or a guess which year we go have our papers please

Thank You

But then it seems your parents died just after they were sponsored, so it’s confusing why you came on to ask about the petition for them 9 years later. This is apart from both your sister and adoptive father sponsoring you in 2010 and 2016 respectively.

So apart from 2 different albeit close dates that your mother sponsored you, if your mother died as you said above, the petition expired at her death.

You’ve described every case above as being your personal case.  No wonder you can’t figure out where in the visa bulletin you should be looking.
