hey its been almost 10 years since my mother sponsor me. she is a U.S citizen and she sponsor my family since 2007 21 JULY.

the only paper I have receive is the approval paper . I frequently check the visa bulletin but I don't really understand it. From last month to this month the visa bulletin only go up 8 days.

so I'm wondering is that normal how we only have the approval paper, and how long more we have to wait

THANK YOU

It happens, that at the end of fiscal year VB stops moving, visa quata is aloted. It will start moving faster from September VB. I think, that you'll get your Welcome letter in ~1,5 year, being optimistic;)

Adoption in itself dose not give you any immigration benefits.

Hey i wondering why this visa bulletin hasn't moved so much, its like four months since the visa bulletin has moved and I am wonder if it will continued to be slow or will speed up.

My priority date 2007 July 19

and I am wondering how long will it take since this visa bulletin has slowed up.

because there are a set number of visas available per time period and more people than that have applied so they have to give a chance for the visa to people in the order they were recieved. so it is entirely possible that they get through 6 months worth of priority dates in a years time.

Nobody can know if it will speed up or slow down, or when exactly your PD will become current. There's a bit of estimating involved even for USCIS, which is why the dates can even move backwards sometimes.

An estimate based on historical progress is here: http://www.myprioritydate.com/?pd=07/17/2007&pr=3.
