That endorsement stamp doesn't change the 1 year validation for the I-551 after initial entry.  The only thing that could give you more time is an I-551 stamp from the USCIS.

So.. its still valid shouldnt be a problem. I think its airline crew just not knowing.

Yes the initial endorsement stamp should still be valid until March 2017.  However how could you have been in the USA for 2 years if you entered less than a year ago?

Obviously a mistake on my part here when typing my question

I recently left the USA with my us citizen baby and I'm awaiting my green card to be sent to my address in the states, I entered the states on a CR-1 visa.

my airline is denying me to board without my physical green card on me and my endorsement stamp has expired !

Do I qualify for a boarding foil?! It states you need to have lost or have an expired green card to be able to get the stamp? My isn't lost nor expired ?! Is there any stamp I can get to allow me back home ?

yes I realized after I left the states my regarding my stamp :( now I'm screwed

How long have you been outside the US; in what country? The endorsed CR1 visa serves as a temp green card for a year.

Airlines do not have a way to check your US immigration status in their systems.  Some airlines would not board you without a GC.

I've been out of the uS only 6 weeks and my endorsement has passed the one year :( I know I was silly and paid the fee late ! But I had a second endorsement stamp stating it's valid until nov 2017 and apparently this is wrong !

Please do not make multiple threads about the same issue its confusing.

Anyway in that thread you stated you FIRST entered the US in March 16. So your stamp should be valid until March 17. But you state that stamp was not signed- so the CPB gave you another stamp (signed) until Nov 17.

Technically you have all the requirements needed to travel. A valid stamp until Nov 17.(unless there is something wrong with the Nov 17 stamp as well?) Because you are now posting your stamp expired. (?)

If you do have a stamp until Nov 17 then your problem seems to be with the airline. Another member advised you to escalate the situation with the airline. Have you done that? You were also told to contact the Embassy for assistance. Did you contact the embassy yet?

You have been offered good advice and yet you are starting this same topic for a 3rd time.  Like Damara asked, what have you done to rectify your situation?
