i entered in march 2016 but have only just paid my green card !

so now I'm stuck in Australia with my US citizen baby ?!

i read we can travel back in with a valid endorsed stamp ?!

As the attachment you posted states, the visa stamp endorsement is good for a year.  You state that you have been in the USA almost two years; are you sure your stamp is still valid?

This is not for action by duty officer. Get in touch with Consular section on regular work day. Not quite sure why the OP was not familiar what the admission as LPR stamp looks like and gotten someone higher up in airline to get her to board the plane. I traveled on my activated immigrant visa without any issues (GC never produced) in the first year.

Yes, as stated when I first entered the CBP officer never endorsed my stamp properly so when I went back through in March 2016 another CBP officer spoke to his superior and was allowed to give me until Nov 2017 and re stamped me for entry from march 2016.. confusing I know ! My airline staff were only going off the one time entry visa and stating as it says expired march 2016 that they were not allowed to board me, they wouldn't even acknowledge my endorsement stamp ?

I only can tell that such things could happen due to incompetent staff. If you have pointed out at least I am sure they would've had to make calls and find out they should let you in. I  have other entry document that many at the passport controls of non related countries and more over airlines never  know and they ALWAYS question me and run to each other to show it as it was wonder of wonders. I get mad beyond at times! Make them reimburse you a ticket! I guess you missed your flight? If so I feel for you!

They told me they won't reimburse but I got a return flight so if they try screw me over I have a means of exit so they can't really deny me !! THen hopefully I can get to customs in the USA and be safe as they will know what's going on ?First time flying with my baby also so stressful

Why do you not have your hard copy green card if you were in the USA for 2 years.  Honestly.... I feel like you've made this more difficult on yourself than you needed to.   When was your first entry?
