Hi ,I just want to ask something because CENOMAR/CEMAR is one of the requirements I'm going to bring for my interview (cr1 spousal visa U.S) . My problem is in my cenomar/cemar the first name of my husband was misspelled instead HERSHAL they put HERSHEL ,is it going to be a problem or am I going to receive 221g if they see that?should I need to get another copy ? Thanks in advance .

~~moved to Philippines regional forum from IR1/CR1 process and procedures.  Topic is not visa specific and is regionally specific.~~

As said the embassy can be picky, especially with your husbands name.  Is the typo only at PSA on the CENOMAR/CEMAR?

I would lean towards getting it corrected also, if possible.  If there is no time, at least start the process and bring the CEMAR you have to the interview
