LPR 460 days outside of the US

Hi I am willing to apply for citizenship with form N-400, I am a permanent resident since oct 2007, however, for the past 5 years I have been traveling a lot and was out of the USA for 460 days. Will that be a problem, may my application be denied because of that ? The USA was country of my permanent residency and I have been paying taxes every year. Please advice. Thank you very much

You would need to have been physically present for 30 months out of the last 60, which you meet (you say you've been out of the US for 15 months out of the last 60, so you're OK there). 

 

You also have to show you've resided continuously in the US for the past five years. It may be you'll need to show income tax returns and other proof of continuous residence, which it sounds like you have too. 

 

So yes, it looks to be that you can file.
