I sent ours certified. I am pretty sure that the service center I use has a special delivery address for Fed Ex. I know it has several PO boxes so you need to make sure you use the correct box for the petition. What service center area are you in?

Vermont only has one address.

I sent my application USPS Express Mail but I don't think it really matters. Just make sure you send it so it can be tracked.

My fiance (USC) sent our I-129F to Vermont also..............regular mail. We were approved in 13 days. I was so excited when I saw our approval online (December 1/05) that I called Bruce at work and said ''We're approved!!" We were too excited.....only to find out we still had tons of paper work and leg work to do. But we're almost there....Interview April 5 in Montreal. At the risk of souding redundant, fed ex is ok? Or should I use USPS just because that seems to be the most common way used? This is like one of the most important steps in my life so I want to make sure I get it right.

I used fedex for the VSC. Use whatever you want.

A street address like the one for St. Albans, Vermont is fine for FedEx/UPS. They just can't deliver to a PO Box.

I found USPS Express Mail to be good value for money (guaranteed in one or two days), you can track the package online as well.

Ok! It's all packed and ready to ship! I'll use FedEx, I have a special discount with them Now it's off to the shipping place with the furvor of superman like in flipsides sig. RRRREEEEAAAAAGGGG! sign, stamp, creak!, flip, thud, shipped!

those are the sound effects of the next few minutes making my way (well flying) to the shipping, signing the paper and putting it in the box.

Congratulations! My American fiance sent our application certified mail it takes a few days for them to sign it and send a NOA1 but it got there no problem. PLease fill in your timeline and keep it up-to-date as it is important in working out the statistics on this forum. Thank you

I wouldn't move forward with the next steps (as outlined in the guides) until you receive your NOA2. Then you can go nuts. You're lucky though because if you're package is perfect, the VSC has been doing approvals in less then 2 weeks lately.

You'll still have plenty of time though because the wait for interviews in Manilla is quite long.
