Hello and thanks in advance to anyone respond and give me some As for my Qs.

I just got approved IR (married for 5 years) for 6 months (in my passport). I am planning to go to US within two months and have to come back for my sister's wedding.

My first Qs is if I can do that or in other words Do I have to stay in the US for certain period of time to leave US for a while?

Second Qs, As soon as I enter the US, am I going to be given green card? Do I need to get visas again to enter US should I just use my GC?

Thank you very much...

And have lovely day
