Incorrect date from USCIS

My husband will be applying to remove conditions on this permanent residence and we got a notice from USCIS stating that according to their system he entered the US a month and 1/2 earlier than he really did. His visa was approved in mid April but he didn't enter the country until the end of May. His green card reflects the correct date of entry. Should I call them to inquire about this or submit Form I-751 90 days before he entered the country. I feel nervous that they sent the incorrect date. Or does it actually go from when the visa was approved?

Thanks for any help!

This has been really common lately if you do some searching.  Apply for ROC based on the green card expiration not the letter.

I confirm this is a common issue.

Apply based on the Green Card date not based on when the Visa was approved. I had the same situation, where the letter stated the date based on my visa issue but was told to apply based on the GC by a USCIS officer when I called, which was also validated by many people on this forum.
