We already send the I-751 to Nebraska, the check has been cash but we haven't heard from them. There is a number in the back of the check starts with LIN-…..

That's suppose to be my tracking number of my case, I went to the processing times, type the number and tells me that is incorrect.

How long does is take to get a letter from them telling me that they received my I-751

Good question. My wife is still waiting to get a Receipt Notice for her I-751, delivered to the NSC on 16 March. Her Receipt Number is also not yet entered into the on-line status system.

My stepson, however, has received a letter dated 20 March advising that as a derivative applicant his LPR status is extended for 1 year.

I submitted my I-751 to Nebraska on September 9, 2006, and received both my NOA and Biometrics appointment letter on October 10, 2006. I did my biometrics on October 18, 2006, got touched on October 19, 2006, and have heard nothing since then.

I had 3 different numbers on the backs of 2 separate checks...and then an additional one on the blue receipt sent out for the biometrics fee. None of those numbers worked...even though they all started with EAC(Vermont). Finally I received the NOA and the receipt number worked after 5 days. It was exactly two weeks after they cashed my check that we got the NOA. Good luck.
