Yeah, I emailed them and asked them for case status and they replaied me after 10 days with the exact same answer!

Thanks for your replay. But how do you try to CEAC when you do not have "Invoice ID"!?? As I know, we get Invoice ID by welcome letter so before that we can not do any step further!
