Good afternoon everyone my Priority date is March 8, 2011. I contacted NVC on Monday to update my sister's account with an email address and they said our cause was opened in April and within six weeks from that date we should receive the WL so fingers crossed for all the March filers

got my WL on 3rd may and I've paid AOS and IV FEE. waiting for DS 260 to be available

Did anyone receive welcome letter?? because i didn't receive welcome letter yet..I don't know what's wrong why they are not sending welcome letter

I have received nothing, I have also tried to start the "choice of agent" and still get the 

"Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error. "

I am worried because in other categories like F4 and F2A on other forums are receiving Welcome Letter.But none of us have received any letter yet..Why :(:(
