The PC is valid for 1 year, so if it is not expired yet since you sent it to NVC, you do not have to bring it to the interview as they already have it.

But Police certificate issued  by my city police station is valid up-to six months only.So do I still need a new one or no need of it??

If 6 months has already expired, then you should update it, especially, that they stated about it in your IL. I hope, that you will have enough time to receive it till your interview.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Pustak

If NVC doesn`t asked you to pay, not need to pay. since your mom does all payment.

Congrats Allset happy to hear you got IL. You need to check how long ago you got your police record and if the time have expired see if you can  pay to expedite it. Its safer to carry all original documents they ask you for. Take time and focus on your preinterview checklist. When is you interview date?

I checked and showing this case is not eligible for further process by nvc at this time what does it mean lain?

It means, that they didn’t open yet. When you will see your petitioners name there, then your case will be open for further processing.

Hello everyone...I need a suggestion .Do I need to fill new I 864 forms or just make a copy of what I have already send to NVC

I had 2 originally signed copies, 1 sent to NVC, the other brought to the interview, but they said, that they do not need it, as they already got it from NVC. I would recommend to have 1 originally signed copy, just in case.
