Fingerprints are taken after the oath, that you are telling the truth. So it is before the interview.

Be aware, that ALL records are in US Embasy's system and you have to answer honestly to all questions you will be asked(without any doubts).

We are getting there?

My PD is March 16th, does anyone know if they send out the interview letters before you PD becomes current.

Do I need to wait until the NVC Priority date posts for that month before I can expect the interview letter.

I received my Interview Letter before my PD became current, but it was current at the time of my Interview.

Hi Dough congrats on your case complete, my pd is March 2011 as well. Based on what I have been noticing interview letters are sent between the 27 to the 2nd of the new month, that's before the bulletin is posted. So NVC would have already been informed by the embassy the priority dates that will be current for the month visa bulletin before uploading it to the website.
