Pending adjudication basically means that your case is in the decision making process.  The officer looking at your case hasn't made up their mind just yet. Did you receive a request for evidence (RFE)? If no, it's not totally out of the question. RFE are common in waiver cases.

Does anybody know what the processing times here on VJ is based on? It says February 2nd, 2016 for VSC filers but I know that there are even some March filers on here who have been approved. Has the website just not updated it yet?

We literally just called USCIS and they said that they're still working on February applications. I think they generally go by the furthest out date in terms of applications so they don't get a lot of people calling even if they have done some March applications.

Woo!!!  Six days ahead of exactly one year!

 

I got a response from my senator who looked into my case on my behalf and I got the same thing "working on Dec 28"  Wasn't expecting anything different.  I'm excited we might get done before my 365 days passes!

Hopefully sooner. VSC has apparently started working on May cases. A May 4th filer received an RFE.

I am May 4, I had called USCIS, I had received e-mails from USCIS with generic answer, and yesterday a received a RFE letter from, asking for a bunch of docs for my Good faith marriage, must of the paper they're asking we do have sent, with exception of loans together and credit card statement.

 

 

Is there any person here that has received a RFE, also here??

Even if they were VSC, the exception doesn't prove the rule! USCIS will occasionally & randomly will process a few out of order. Beginning of March seems to be moving. I believe we are at nearly one year exactly for processing times!
