Congratulations, Bueso!

We are terribly frustrated.  We expected the card today.  I called USCIS last night and they told me that I had to get a Tier 2 to give me the tracking number, but unfortunately, they had shut down the transfer system and to call this morning.  Couldn't do that, so I called at 5 p.m. tonight.  The Rep was lovely, bur unfortunately, they had (again!) shut down the transfer system, and I need to call them tomorrow morning.  Julie has a dental appointment tomorrow, so we'll have to wait until she gets home.

If Boston got their card on Tuesday, and it was mailed last Thursday, why can't New York get their card on Wednesday if it was mailed on Friday????  Snarl.  Snort.  Gnashing of teeth.

Oh well - congrats to all, and best wishes to those still waiting.

My wife got her card a couple days ago and it had tracking so hopefully it's just going through USPS processing. It took about one week from the acceptance date to delivery for us here in NYC (Manhattan).

I received an approval letter today - saying my application has been approved and I should get the card with 60day . It also mentioned I should not travel out of county till we get the card . My status online did not change - "On April 18, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Receive" . Did anyone get the letter before the status changed online and how much time did it take before you got the card ??

Many peoples' status does not change when you are approved.  Our status did not change until we got "Your card is being produced".  It took about 3-4 days until we got "Your card has been mailed."  But...even though our "card was mailed" on April 28th, it did not leave the facility until May 1st.  Our tracking info (took me 3 days to get this!) says it is on the mail truck and will be delivered today.  (AND IT WAS!  THE CARD IS NOW IN HAND!!!!)

So...we were approved as of April 13th, and we will get the card on May 4th.  About 3 to 3.5 weeks from approval to card received.
