I got a text message from the USCIS regarding card production. It took 12 days from approval date.

I saw people usually get the card within a week!

We have the same approval date and the same mailing date.  But we have not gotten the email message yet.  And, our status has still not changed.  Don't you wish they were consistent?

They are very inconsistent with their work.

This is my 4th time dealing with uscis and I always don't get their work patterns. Still half of Mar 2016 filers are waiting for an approval while May 2016 filers are getting a response!

I will keep up with updates when they ship the card. I have myusps account that tracks usps packages with a tracking number.

Hoping to see a tracking number any time soon.

They finally called me back around 9.45pm CT (late night call but worth it). USCIS gave me the tracking number on phone. I tracked it and it will be delivered on Wednesday. The origin is Kansas city MO.

So another inconsistent response since I was told there was no way they could give me the tracking number till Wednesday but my card was mailed on the same day as you. I'll just assume mine may also be delivered tomorrow and if not I guess I'll give them another call!

I agree. There is every likelihood that your card will also arrive tomorrow.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.........that's all I can say. What a joke!. Aside from the obvious evidence on USCIS website and those who have applied for N-400 after ROC in the past, the approval letter for ROC made it as clear as possible that your residency date starts back at the original date you first got approved for your conditional GC. I'm not even going to mind that Tier 1 officer at all.

Those people!  O my gosh!  Like the "year waiting" you aren't a resident.  Sheesh!  Where do they get these people?  Do they give them any training at all?!?!

I think they should be more informed cause it is their job! Lmao

The really sad thing about this is for all of us here on Visa Journey who are well informed there are probably as many or more who don't know that the information given to them is incorrect and that makes me kind of angry!!

I know right!  I was complaining to someone and they said "why don't you call and ask USCIS?"  I was like "because they'll give me wrong information!"

I trust VJ way more than I trust those Tier 1 USCIS reps.
