For those who already got their new cards, did USCIS provide tracking number? I recall they provided me usps tracking number for the conditional GC.

The online update shows it was mailed but doesn't provide a tracking number. You're right though, my conditional card I had a tracking number too.

Ah.  We were overseas so though we didn't have a tracking number, we knew it was being sent by Australia Post's Express Service.

 

Approved April 13th - no change in status yet.

I read somewhere that if you call USCIS they can provide a tracking number, but that they don't routinely do so if you don't call.

My case status finally changed after almost 1 year. I received my approval letter on last Monday and approved date is 4/9/2017.

It says that my new card is being produced.

Just text alert. Checked online and...drumroll:

"On April 24, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EAC..."

 

And here I was thinking it was already on its way.

For those who are interested, I just called USCIS to see if they would give me the tracking number for my card. They said it should be updated online however if it isn't within 2 business days to call again and they will be able to provide it over the phone. This means, my status changed to card mailed on Friday 21st so I can call Wednesday this week (26th) to get the tracking info!

Thanks. I just called them too but the wait time was ridiculous so I opted for the 'call-back'

Your case status will change to RFE received. I don't think they will send a standard notice (I-797) in the mail.

They received it on 21st and hasn't changed yet.

At this moment, I really don't trust the web status just like everyone else here is staying away from the web haha.

I will just wait and see. Sigh.

I got a text message from the USCIS regarding card production. It took 12 days from approval date.

 

I saw people usually get the card within a week!

They finally called me back around 9.45pm CT (late night call but worth it). USCIS gave me the tracking number on phone. I tracked it and it will be delivered on Wednesday. The origin is Kansas city MO.
