Same, my GC expires May 6th and the date on my letter is 4/21 so I'm going to make an infopass appointment soon. Is it correct that I can only go to the appointment after 4/21?

People have reported being turned away if they show up at InfoPass requesting an extension stamp before entering the 30 day period but you're within the 30 day period (based on May 6th expatriation date) so you should be fine.

Hi Emmahello!  Your "filing" date is the date you got your NOA letter.  When did you send your ROC packet in?  That is how we determine what kind of "filer" we are!

03/31/2014 - Day 108 - Received I-765 EAD work permit in the mail!

04/01/2014 - Day 109 - Received appointment for GC

05/06/2014 - Day 145 - GC interview approved!!!

I was approved Feb 14th
