I may or may not be moving within the next month but just in case I am, I want to ask how do I notify USCIS about change of address at this point? I just don't want to miss a possible RFE *knock wood* or Green Card.

11/08/2012 - Became a couple online smile.png

12/13/2013 - Day 0 - Sent off I-130 and I-485 and I-765 to Chicago

12/16/2013 - Day 3 - AOS Packet arrived in Chicago according to USPS

12/20/2013 - Day 7 - Received e-notification to say case has been accepted and processing at the USCIS National Benefits Center.

12/24/2013 - Day 11 - Received official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) in the mail.

12/31/2013 - Day 18 - Received letter for biometrics appointment on January 23rd.

01/13/2014 - Day 31 - Received RFE for form I-864

01/23/2014 - Day 41 - Biometrics done!

03/04/2014 - Day 81 - RFE response sent!

03/06/2014 - Day 83 - RFE response arrived there!

03/20/2014 - Day 97 - EAD card in production!

03/26/2014 - Day 103 - EAD card mailed out!

03/26/2014 - Day 103 - EAD card in USPS possession and given tracking number

03/26/2014 - Day 103 - Green card interview being scheduled! :D

03/30/2014 - Day 107 - USCIS mailed out our interview notice, scheduled for May 6th!

03/31/2014 - Day 108 - Received I-765 EAD work permit in the mail!

04/01/2014 - Day 109 - Received appointment for GC

05/06/2014 - Day 145 - GC interview approved!!!

There's 2 ways to do it, far as I know: online, through your account (if you have one), and over the phone. I would not settle for just the online thing. I read of people who did and it didnt go through as it should. Make sure you call the 800 #, ask for a tier 2 officer. He/she will state his/her name and credentials, write that down, and inform you are calling to report a change of address. Better safe than sorry right...good luck, shouldn't be long now. :)

Hi! New member here and sorry haven't been following the thread and may have missed some info.

I filed my I751 on 4/7/2016 at CSC. Had Biometric appointment on 5/3/2016. After that filed change in address via e-request which was approved on 8/23/2016. Since then have had no activity and the status just shows change in address approved and nothing about the I751. 

I am confused as to what to do and when will it get approved as I believe, after going through the thread here, that most of the cases for April 2016 at CSC have been approved already.

Just sent a service request to enquire about the delay? Any other recommendations or suggestions? Anyone else in the same boat?

I don't know where it was processed but the approval letter came from the new state I moved to which is under VSC even  though I filed in a state under CSC.

Thanks. I will call them tomorrow. I did call a month ago and talked to some officer but he did not say how much more time and neither said anything about the reason for delay. Just said they are processing the request. Would you mind sharing the date of your approval?

I changed my address on March 1st (Still in Atlanta, GA)

Today, I received the letter as follows.

Does this mean they transferred my I-751 case to CSC from VSC or is AR-11 only being processed in CSC?

It sounds like your case might have been transferred. I would call if I were you.

If *knock wood* my 1 year extension expires before I hear anything and I need to get my passport stamped, do they care if I have it stamped late? Only reason I ask is I needed to renew my passport and hoping to get it back before then but because of stupidity (long story) I don't know how long it will take.

It should be fine to wait for your new passport. I mean, you're not going to be able to leave the country without it anyway, so as long as you're not one of the people who needs to have proof of your status to get a new driver's license (some states require this) you should be ok.

Just got my approval letter in the mail! It is dated 3/20/17!!!! No longer an outlaw (my husband calls me that now LOL). Funnily I just checked my case online and stills shows the same "Case Received" status.


Anyway. I have the letter and I'm now waiting for the card.

 

Just updated the spreadsheet.

 

Hoping that everyone else gets a letter in the mail very very very soon!
