How long for reaffirmed case to reach ghana?

i think you need to track it from nvc because it going to use the same process it was sent here for interview.and how long did they send your case back to uscis

How lon was it in Uscis before being reaffirmed? Sorry I don't know how long U have to wait again but if you call NVC they may be able to help you with that. I'm waiting for ours from august 2015 interview was sent back to Uscis , got to the correct center March 1 2016. I'm praying soon they look at it again and let us know what they need.:)

Hello, you need to call NVC.  The journey back of a denied file is this:  Back to USCIS (that itself usually takes 6 months to get from the embassy back to USCIS), then the file stays a minimum of 6 months at the USCIS while they investigate the denial.

Once USCIS is finished with their investigation, they either reaffirm or send a NOIR / NOID.

It then starts it journey back to the embassy.  It stops at NVC, so that is who you need to call to find out when it was sent back to the embassy.

I am in this situation.  My husband's file was sent back from the NVC about 3 weeks ago.  I emailed the Accra embassy, but of course, haven't heard anything back yet.

My apologies for the long winded explanation  if you already know all this.  Good luck and keep us posted.  Several of us on this board are in the same situation.

I did find out its right at a year now before they start ? nag at returned cases here in California, then journey back to NVC to Ghana
