Conditional Green Card expires Jan 28, 2017.  We filed I-751 for my wife on December 6, 2016, it was received December 12, 2016.  Today January 13, 2017 had appointment for Biometrics.  When will USCIS send "Extension Letter" so we may travel out of the county?

When you filed the I-751, you should have received a Notification of Action (NOA) letter that extends your wife's green card for one year.  If you have NOT received this letter, you need to call and ask about it, or, you'll need to make an InfoPass appointment fast, and get her passport stamped with an I-551 to extend.  Do not wait to do this.
