i have had no touches no nothing all i know it is with the people sitting on thier asses in california arghhhhhhhhhhhh i dont even know why california has since i sent to texas ####### :angry:

The TSC no longer process K3 petitions. They are sent over to CSC for processing. It's been like this for a while now.

I am so very excited my 129-F is finally approved yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :dance:

LOL, you too have resorted to even check the K3 visa threads for signs of life!!! LOL, same here. I just want to see any kind of NOA2's coming from CSC. Shows me that they're not on vacation.

5/01/07: NOA2 Hardcopy received

5/10/07: Approval arrives at NVC

5/18/07: Packet 3 faxed to Embassy

5/22/07: Packet 3 sent via courier

5/30/07: Wendy receives packet 3 (Good thing we used the shortcut)

Thank goodness - there ARE still people that work at CSC! We were beginning to wonder (up there in K-1 Land). No NOA2 at all reported in the past week with any K-1s! Glad to hear a least SOME signs of life down here! Congrats on the approval. :D

EDIT: Yep Lucho, I got bored of "still nothing...." threads, too.
