Thank you for your interest. No, I have not done yet. I am thinking about waiting until the date indicated by VJ timeline and a new USCIS processing time to be posted.

Any updates for Jan filers at CSC ? I would like to see Jan filers getting NOA2 soon :) so that we Feb/March filers can anticipate something from CSC...

2007-10-30 -- Got the K3 visa from Mumbai consulate !!

2008-01-21 -- POE

AOS/EAD Timeline

2008-02-22 -- Mailed I485 & EAD application to Chicago.

2008-02-25 -- packet received at chicago lockbox.

2008-02-29 -- NOA's for I485 and I-765.

2008-03-03 -- NOA's received in mail.

2008-03-11 -- Biometrics appointment NOA -- appointment date - 26th March.

2008-04-26, 2008-05-02 -- EAD card production ordered two email notices

2008-04-30 -- AOS Initial Interview notice - interview on June 25 2008.

2008-05-06 -- EAD approved notice !! after card production ordered :)

2008-05-07 -- EAD received in mail. SSN applied through local office.

2008-06-25 -- AOS interview at Durham USCIS office. Have to submit an updated I693.

2008-06-27 -- Hand delivered I693 to Durham office. Got the approval on conditional green card :)

You know this process is really getting on my last nerves!!! I see ppl getting approved w/their NOA1 dates all over the board. It's just crazy how they are adjudicating these files. No order whatsoever!!! :ranting:

I have just checked my VJ timeline...... I can not believe that it was moved back to 4/29 !!!!!!!!!

I feel like driving Appalachians mountain area ........ up and down and up and down and up and down down down .............. hahhahahhahhhha :blink:

My VJ timeline due dates keep changing too. For my I-129 - started off with April 9th, then April 3rd - now I am looking at April 2nd. Yet there is not touch online nor an NOA2 in the mail!

For my I-130 - it changed from May something to April 20th - what language did I use to fill out my form - may be that is what's causing all this confusion! :angry:

I should have learnt to read and write - English!!!!!!! :crying:
