Ok so this is freaky....I just looked on the VJ Immigration Timelines to see everyone who filed in Vermont and I noticed that I'm next in line (the VJ line anyways) to be approved, so I logged in for the third time today to see if they did anything and both the I130 and the I129 were touched today. :dance: I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is a good sign.....

I am in a same boat. Nothing since applied. This is messed up. :angry:

K-3 Visa

Service Center : California Service Center

Consulate : New Delhi, India

Marriage : Dec 15th 2006

I-130 Sent : Jan 05 2007

I-130 NOA1 : Jan 18 2007

I-129F Sent : Jan 18 2007

I-129F NOA1 : Jan 29 2007

Feb 12 2007 - Case transferred to CSC from Missouri

Feb 22 2007 - Case received at CSC and pending

I-130 NOA2 : Apr 12 2007

I-129 NOA2 : Apr 12 2007

NVC Received: May 04 2007 (took three weeks)

NVC Left: May 09 2007

Consulate received: May 15 2007

Never received Packet 3

Packet 3 sent: June 7th 2007

Packet 3 received at Delhi: June 10th 2007

Interview Scheduled for: July 27th 2007 (On My B'Day)

Packet 4 received: June 27th 2007

Medical done in Delhi: July 6th 2007

Paper's submitted to VFS: July 9th 2007

Visa Approved: July 27th 2007

US arrival: Aug 8th 2007 JFK

12/28/06 - got married :)

02/05/07 - I-130 NOA1

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.

I-751 timeline

3/05/10 - mailed I-751 packet

3/12/10 - arrived at CSC

3/16/10 - online status, NOA mailed but no mail received

3/18/10 - Check cashed

4/15/10 - biometric appointment (notice recv'd in mail - 4/01/10)

4/16/10 - touched

4/18/10 - I-485 & EAD touched????

5/03/10 - Card production ordered

5/11/10 - letter of Approval received in the mail

5/26/10 - email received "letter of Approval" sent in the mail... not yet received till now 6/8/10

7/07/10 - called USCIS why green card has not received yet

7/09/10 - email from USCIS stating that they already sent the GC on May 25th and undeliverable,

adviced to apply for I-90 as it might have been lost in mail

7/25/10 - mailed application for I-90 (replacement of lost or stolen card)

9/16/10 - biometric appointment

9/20/10 - touched

9/21/10 - touched

Well technically I have no clue since there are probably a LOT more in front of me, but going by the people who have filled in their timelines on VJ, if you click on "immigration timelines", then "visa display options" , "view k3 visas advanced view", I filtered by my service center which is vermont, then clicked the downward arrow on the I129F NOA1 column, went to the page where the first NOA2 shows up and voila, I'm the next up waiting for mine. I just noticed that since I last checked someone here got their NOA2 that filed the same day as me so here's hoping I'll be coming soon.

Realize though, not everyone of course is on VJ :D so it's not like I'm REALLY next in line, just gives me hope that maybe I'll be soon now.

Although we filed in December, our case was transfered to CSC in January so we're considered January filers. We haven't been approved yet BUT...we did a touch today (on both the K3 and the CR-1) :dancing: . Maybe next week??? We have our fingers crossed! :yes:

Hi doodlebug,,, sorry, but i dont really see where we can advance view who will be the next one to be approved. In VJ immigration timelines, we are the one giving them information/dates of our updates so that is exactly how it will reflect in our profile... Am i mistaken with this?

I don't know how else to explain it. Sorry. :( And like I said, it's not literally who the VSC or whatever service center will approve next. It's just showing who's next in line in VJ according to what we've completed in our timelines.

VJ timeline is making me a crazy. I had my possible date as on 5/17 yesterday, now, it is showing on 4/23 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying visit my wife around 5/20 to do additonal paperworks for P2 ....... even, I am having a hard time for my travel arrangement.

And seeing VJ timeline, I have been finding members who filed much later then we did approved for P2. Oh boy !!!!! :angry::wacko::blink::help:

I have just checked my VJ timeline...... I can not believe that it was moved back to 4/29 !!!!!!!!!

I feel like driving Appalachians mountain area ........ up and down and up and down and up and down down down .............. hahhahahhahhhha :blink:
