I noticed you mailed your I-129F in December. It's very strange. I don't know what's going on at CSC.

I mailed in December too, agm, citizen, stacy and myself are on almost same timeline.

was jus talking to a friend..total no of 200,000 H1B cases(foreign highly skilled labour permits) were recieved by CSC n VSC..does this have any impact on our K3 processing? or in a straight way shall there be a dedicated staff for K3 processing?

hi citizen,,, i dont think so it will affect the process of our K3 papers because i think they have their manpower for each department... that's what i thought only....

thanks to all of you who responded,,, at least we know now that almost all filers of January and actually december still have no NOA2 yet,,, this is a little bit comforting because we are on the same status... maybe CSC has its schedule for such process... Thanks everyone!!! May God bless us all and grant us "quick approval".... because once we receive the NOA2, it will be soon medical and interview schedule.

There have been several approvals for K-1s and CR-1/IR-1s that were submitted to CSC in January. I'm sure you guys will get your turn soon.

hi everyone,,, any news/updates for january filers like us? We got our last "touched" on feb. 22 for I-129 but since then, no more "touched" updates... ,, wow!!!! this seemed to be really tough huh... please share your timelines,,, thanks!!!

Ditto, I am doing the same, more than 2 times a day sometimes

OCDish or not, it does make me feel a little better knowing that I even have the option of checking it...even though nothing is changing, no touch, etc.

I would be interested to know how many hits in 24 hours that online status check gets...I bet it's a hugemongous number.

Ok so this is freaky....I just looked on the VJ Immigration Timelines to see everyone who filed in Vermont and I noticed that I'm next in line (the VJ line anyways) to be approved, so I logged in for the third time today to see if they did anything and both the I130 and the I129 were touched today. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is a good sign.....
