When re-sending passport pictures after receiving an RFE, do you send the same pictures you sent originally (if you happen to have more than 1)? Or do you have to send them new ones?

When re-sending passport pictures after receiving an RFE, do you send the same pictures you sent originally (if you happen to have more than 1)? Or do you have to send them new ones?

If the passport photo isn't dated then I do not see a problem... If it is dated then probably better to be safe than sorry...

but this is what i found on the I129F form with both photos taken within 30 days of the date of filing this petition. :whistle:

so again its not from the date we recieved the RFE...from the date we filed, right ? :help:

Yes, BUT if they claim they never recv'd the 1st photos then how can they tell you these wasn't recently taken??? Honestly, it's up to you. If it were ME I would send the same ones insteading of having my husband send them to me which is going to delay your case even further. Just my opinion.

That's what I was thinking. If the RFE is saying they don't have the photos, then there's no way for them to know how long ago you took the ones you're sending them again. I'm with nyseness, by the time I ask my husband to take new photos, send them to me, and then send them to USCIS, it will probably be more than 2 weeks.

I am happy for all those people who at least has had thier petition atleast touched last word i got is when i received my NOA1 in january from the texas service center stating they sent to california service senter oh great well today is day 91 still nothing arghhhhhhhhhh
