hi everyone,,, any news/updates for january filers like us? We got our last "touched" on feb. 22 for I-129 but since then, no more "touched" updates... :crying::blink::unsure::innocent: ,, wow!!!! this seemed to be really tough huh... please share your timelines,,, thanks!!!

I-751 timeline

3/05/10 - mailed I-751 packet

3/12/10 - arrived at CSC

3/16/10 - online status, NOA mailed but no mail received

3/18/10 - Check cashed

4/15/10 - biometric appointment (notice recv'd in mail - 4/01/10)

4/16/10 - touched

4/18/10 - I-485 & EAD touched????

5/03/10 - Card production ordered

5/11/10 - letter of Approval received in the mail

5/26/10 - email received "letter of Approval" sent in the mail... not yet received till now 6/8/10

7/07/10 - called USCIS why green card has not received yet

7/09/10 - email from USCIS stating that they already sent the GC on May 25th and undeliverable,

adviced to apply for I-90 as it might have been lost in mail

7/25/10 - mailed application for I-90 (replacement of lost or stolen card)

9/16/10 - biometric appointment

9/20/10 - touched

9/21/10 - touched

Hi, I am in the long line after you (one of the March filers), so I also want to hear that January filers receive NOA2.

02/11/2007-Sent by FedEx

02/13/2007-CSC received

02/14/2007-Received Date

02/20/2007-Check cleared (file # on the back of the copy)

02/28/2007-Called USCIS, told my file # and asked to resend NOA

03/02/2007-Called USCIS again. Confirmed the sending address and asked to resend NOA

03/05/2007-Touched

03/08/2007-NOA1 sent from CSC

03/10/2007-NOA1 received

03/12/2007-Found typo in NOA1. Also found that Received Date and Notice Date are blank. Called USCIS. Because information on the system was correct, did not asked to resend NOA.

05/22/2007-Touched

05/24/2007-Recieved Approval email

03/02/2007-Sent to Chicago by ExpressMail (without I-130 NOA1 but with file # and other evidences)

03/04/2007-Arrived at Chicago PO Box

03/12/2007-Noticed Date (MSC)(NOA 1 sent from ZIP 60605)

03/15/2007-Check cleared

03/16/2007-Received NOA1

03/27/2007-Touched (the description changed from "MSC" to "NBC")

04/02/2007-Touched (the case was transferred to CSC)

04/03/2007-Touched

04/07/2007-Received Transfer Notice to CSC

04/11/2007-Sent I-130 NOA1 to CSC as an additional document (because I have sent my I-130 file # but not I-130 NOA1. I sent it although not requested to do so.)

04/18/2007-Touched (probably because CSC assembled the documents I sent on 04/11)

04/19/2007-Touched again.

05/21/2007-Touched

05/22/2007-Touched

05/24/2007-Received approval email

NVC Process

06/05/2007-Case received by NVC (will be sent to Tokyo this week)

06/18/2007-Paket 3 received by my wife in Japan

The Vermont Service Center, got my I130 January 3rd, had a touch Feb 1st and nothing since. I'll keep you updated

02/01/07 Touch 1

06/01/07 Approved

06/01/07 NOA2 email sent.

06/07/07 NOA2 recieved in Mail

06/11/07 NVC assigns case number

06/25/07 NVC generates Choice of Agent Form

06/25/07 Email sent with Choice of Agent

06/28/07 AOS bill recieved and sent back

06/30/07 AOS Money order delivered to NVCS

07/03/07 Choice of Agent email accepted and comfirmed

07/09/07 IV bill generated and sent out

07/10/07 Called in to comfirm they have MO for AOS

07/11/07 AOS bill accepted and processed

07/16/07 IV bill recieved and mailed out

I heard that last week was when the NOA 2 was sent out for January filers from the CSC

my timeline says this Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as March 28, 2007*.

I am still waiting, too.............................

According to VJ timeline, I should get NOA2 for

I-129 on March 16

I-130 on April 15

But, there is no sign of touch yet...................................

was jus talking to a friend..total no of 200,000 H1B cases(foreign highly skilled labour permits) were recieved by CSC n VSC..does this have any impact on our K3 processing? or in a straight way shall there be a dedicated staff for K3 processing?

I noticed you mailed your I-129F in December. It's very strange. I don't know what's going on at CSC.

I mailed in December too, agm, citizen, stacy and myself are on almost same timeline.
