Hello everyone

I'm facing an horrible dilemma. I have an expired passport and my I751 extension letter is due to expire in 4days....what am I facing??? I went to the USCIS office(with an appointment) ,and carry my expired passport along with me. I was told ,a stamp can only be on a valid passport.

I went to my country embassy to get a new passport, and was told the process to get 1 is 2-3months.

What am I facing....?

Please help

I'm not sure if self induced emergencies qualifying for emergency expedite but that is country specific. you can see if they will give you another extension letter which with your expired green card would be valid for work.

good luck
