Hello!  I am a bit worried.  I have noticed that people on this site get a pretty quick notice that their RFE has been received.  I understand that there was the New Years holiday, but is there anything I can do?  Should I call or will they give me the same info that I see on the USCIS website?

There is a new delay at CSC for all I-129F petitions it is called DACA. They are focusing on those for now. 

I-129F's and RFE's will be take longer now.

They will contact you by mailing you an NOA 2 or you can check the website.

11/02/16....NOA1 Date on Hard Copy Notice
11/03/16....NOA1 Text and Email. Case sent to CSC
11/07/16....NOA1 Hard Copy Received

xx/xx/xx....NOA2 Text and Email
