Quick question

I will be mailing my package onThursday hopefully. I want to know after how long do they send you the letter for your biometrics? My son is scheduled for surgery on the 24th of February and I don't want them clashing.

you can delay sending the paperwork in till a week before the auger to make sure you dont have the biometrics then. just make sure you are still within the window you need to file. or send it in so and if there is an issue it gives you the option to reschedule.

Thank you.. my conditional green card expires on the 22nd of February. So how long to wait?

Spelling mistake

it has to get to uscis by 21 of February (22 may be ok but never really figured if you no loger have status on the day it expires or if the day it expires is the last day of status)

 

if it were me I would se d it so it arrives at uscis a week before it has to be there ( Feb 15) so if it gets stuck you still have the option to overnight another copy just incase.

 

usually takes a week or three for them to accept it and then biometrics apointments are sent out within a month. so you are well clear of the surgery and some recovery too.

Thank you so much. What you mean if it gets stuck? Yeah I have to be with my son, he's just 3 years old.
