Confused about IV and AOS package

Hi Everyone,

Just to confirm the AOS should be sent by petitioner to the NVC directly or mailed to the relative (my mom currently in Ukraine) and she will send everything in one package alomg with DS 260?

Hi AOS an IV package you should send directly to NVC. DS260 you do it online after pay fee.

Hi,

No, DS-260 you are filing online, that's one form. AOS(financial part) and IV(supporting docs:marriage, birth certificates and etc.). Both AOS and IV packages must be sent in one envelope to NVC.
