Should I Include the "Old" DS-3025 with AOS Pack?

Hi All,

 

The title is self describing!

 

K-1 Visa Holder, already married and preparing my AOS Package but my DS-3025 vaccination records is incomplete, so this Friday I'm going to get the Transcription, and I'll have my I-693 completed in Part 1, 2 and 7.

 

BUT, should I include my OLD DS-3025 as part of the package, or the new I-693 would replace it?

The i-693 is all you need but also part 4 needs to be completed of that.

I did not include the original DS-3025, only the I-693 and I have just been approved

K1 Visa
