But it shouldn't be taking that long, your pd became current months ago. Have you tried an inquiry?

I've called multiple times, even had a call back from a tier 2 officer, nothing. They all claim that it's rescheduled but no date...nonsense. The bureaucracy is overbearing. My appointment was cancelled since 1/11/17. Now I'm trying to renew my license and they won't do it unless my name is updated at SSA. I applied to get it updated but these people gave me a letter stating that it can take up to a month to verify my immigration status. What the hell? What about SAVE verification? Now I have to depend on my husband to take me to work, change my hours or work from home due to this nonsense. I'm also 5 months pregnant. I hope USCIS doesn't schedule my appointment when I'm due.

This is sad... I hope this is resolved soon. Maybe an online inquiry is worth it, since it's written which means more formal than a phone call where everyone can say whatever he wants, at least that's how I see it. I was thinking of submitting one for my case, even though my PD is much later than yours (Apr 2015).

I did. Sent an online inquiry and received an auto reply stating I will be contacted to schedule an appointment. That was since the 13 of January. I'm going to call and make an appointment.

Happy for you seme. I'm still waiting for reschedule. I scheduled an infopass for 4/4 because they responded to my phone inquiry 2 weeks ago but I have not received an email or letter.

I'm happy to hear that @seme. That's quite a wait.  Good luck for your interview. I'm afraid that my I-693 will expire before my interview.. oh well, better keep that up to date.

Probably, it depends how busy the USCIS on the city where you live.

That's interesting... I didn't even know that the submitted I-693 expires. I looked it up and seems that it is valid for a year, and since I applied for AOS on Jan.2016 mine must have expired too. I would expect them to notify me of that, that among the other documents I need to bring an updated I-693.

If I were you, I'd play it safe and bring an updated one. Go to the same doc. I'm having a new one done even though I'm just going to an infopass. Mine is dated October 2015.

So I went to the Infopass on 4/4. Was told that my case was in the queue for rescheduling. I asked about the medical exam and whether it would need to be redone. Was told that most likely it would but to wait for appointment date as it expires in a year. I already redid mine so whenever they send the appointment, I'll be ready. I'm expecting in June so let's hope the appointment comes before that. Good luck to everyone.
