Interview Scheduled: Jan 2nd - I managed to get someones canceled appointment the very same day my case status turned to Ready.

Biometrics: Mexico City Dec 27th Medical: Mexico City Dec 28th

Case says READY but consulate says case is not in system, I jumped the gun and booked an interview but they say its invalid until I receive the letter so I might have to cancel it.

Appointment Letter: Flew to Juarez just to get this, its actually 2 letters you need.

Interview Day: Jan 2nd   Interview Result: APPROVED

Tracking Number Received: Via email notice and website the afternoon of Jan 4th    Visa Delivered: Friday Jan 5th Mexico City

USCIS Notice - Green Card mailed: 3/28/18

I agree being 11/25/16...Congrats to those who has gotten approval. Just wish we would too. 

Thinking about putting in an inquiry. When doing that, do I put my name in as the petitioner or my husband? I'm the USC.

I put my information as I am the one applying for/petitioning for my husband.

I kept getting that too until last week Friday, then it let me submit one and gave me a service request number. I am not sure how that works but, someone with a PD after mine was able to submit one before I was. Like most things about this process, it doesn't make much sense. I would just say keep trying every other day or so. That's what I did and finally it worked.

My cousin PD is April 6th for his wife I-130, 2017 and you still have not received your NO2 from Nebraska Service Center. I guess he will have to wait at least 6 more months before he gets his NO2.

Current wait times for Slowbraska are between 7 1/2 - 10 months :o

 

If Nebraska is the center processing his application, tell him be prepared he's in for a long wait unfortunately.

I'm seeing people who filed March 16, 2016 and august 16 an 23, 2016 getting approved today. That was a long wait for them

March 2016?? That's an extremely long wait. But even for Slowbraska that's not average, I am sure those are exceptions. Do you know if they had RFE's or other issues?

That is way too long. I have no idea how this works anymore. I thought the Nebraska has gotten to I-130s for January of 2017.

Not necessarily, I think things will move faster once November and December backlogs are cleared. Based on VJ Current Processing Times, the other service centers are moving quite faster now since they cleared November and December files. Both Potomac and Texas already in February. Understandably, they don't receive as much I-130 applications as Slowbraska.
