He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.

  • 02/14/22.      Passed my interview. Now await oath ceremony.

No, I am at 7 months as of today. My PD is Dec 12, 2016 so I know I have a while to go. However, I follow this thread to try and get an idea of where Nebraska is at as far as approvals.

USCIS is the same way they does list documents too.

 

i least I know many weeks  to counts but with USCIS Geee we have to wait wait wait and wait and on top of that we can't even say when we will get approved.

I think you're right, the waiting without knowing is definitely way more frustrating.

We are doing this on our own , no lawyer. I guess having control of our documents made us feel a little bit better? Also from the horror stories lawyers can't even hinder applications, I hope that wasn't the case for you guys! I'm sorry you've been waiting this long. Wish there's something we could do.

➺ 01/22/18 Documents sent to Rapidvisa 

➺ 02/05/18  NVC received our package 

➺ 03/15/18 Case complete! 

➺ 06/27/18  We got our Interview date! August 28th 

➺ 08/30/18 The package arrived (waited at Juarez)

➺ 08/31/18 Entered the U.S with my husband 

➺ 02/13/19 Husband confesses he cheated, leaves

➺ 02/16/19 Husband decides to abandon the marriage

➺ 05/13/19  I am officially divorced. 

 ➺ 07/03/20  I file to remove conditions on my own     

 ➺ 08/13/21 I finally get my biometrics appointment

I'm on board. Mine kept moving from August to September, since we started the process. Instead of 3-5 months for most people, it  became 7. When I got used to the idea of 7, it became 8-9. That's just simply not okay.

Many people say stuffs about their lawyer, the only problem I have is sometimes my lawyer can be slow when it come to sending the package out and I realized other lawyers did the same thing take about 2 weeks just to mail the package out. I guess because we are not the only one they dealing with. 

 

 

That my guess and yes yes I wish there is something we can do.

It makes sense, they have a workload too. This process has so. much. waiting. It's ridiculous!

it seems like Nebraska got hit hard with so many cases during October - November months that they still working on November cases for past 2 months

just hoping once they Actually get to December - January that they move lot faster then now
