It's Going trying to be Patient since it's only been about 3 months since my PD date 

but feels like Nebraska been stuck on November forever, while other centers already pulling on to January - February isn't helping lol

So today my husband called USCIS  an congress, can u believe they are saying because I had made an inquiry request it pushed my case 60 days back so no good news till August.

WHAT?! That's crazy, I had read that on another site. When I called to request an expedite I asked would it affect my case being processed as usual as I had read it would push it back. The officer told me no. But then again, they say all kinds of things that aren't true. I seriously hope that's not the case. When I saw your name pop up in the notifications I was hoping you were announcing your approval. I have been following this thread and your situation. I am sorry you are going through this nightmare.

I don't know what else to do. I'm so over frustrated I feel like giving up. Things we have to go through to be with our spouses. When my husband text me today to call him asap, I was at the embassy getting some documents certified. I was so hoping for good news instead I get that

Don't give up. Once they finally approve you maybe he should try expediting at NVC stage. A friend of mine did it and it was approved. She stated financial hardship and being the primary caregiver of her mother. 5 days after she submitted the request they told her she was approved.

hurts to know that your fate to be with your loved on is left in the hands of others. We had requested expedite an they said they sent a notice for evidence which we never got. But I will do ad you say once we get to NVC whenever that is

Yeah try for expedite at NVC, 

my brother did that last year , and he got approved and his  CC only took 1 month from scan date rather then normal 2-3 months 

Keep your hopes up ! you are nearly there !!

Yes, it does hurt. I decided to call USCIS after your post since I too have made an inquiry. I spoke to a very nice gentleman and his response was the same as mine, 'What? That's crazy!" Then he proceeded to ask me where I heard that etc. I told him I was concerned as I submitted an expedite request and I would hate to have that push my case back in the event it is denied. He broke down the process and what happens if it's denied and how it doesn't get sent back to the end of the line it just stays where it was originally and processed from there. He said you should tell that person to check again because the response they were given is not true. 

 

Maybe your husband can try writing his local senator? I hear there is a Tier 3 officer, maybe he can request to speak with one. Hang in there.

Yeah he did get in calontact with his senator, filled out the form. They had told him that our case was being looked at 2 months ago an by the end of this month we would be approved only today they tell us other wise
