you can try some steps from there ? maybe option 2 , Make the Infopass Appointment and go meet with one of the USCIS officer personally and explain and get some details  , seems like this may be beneficial

I would think that the petitioner would be the one doing all that. After all, it is the petitioner that would have sent out all the initial paper work to USCIS.

yes my husband is making all calls an getting the senator involved but hes getting as frustrated as i am... 

yet even though hes frustrated he still remains strong for our family

Hi everyone, I received an email that our petition has been received and routed to Nebraska. We live outside of the US, so we sent our petition to Chicago lockbox. My wife is from NC, which belongs to Texas according to the USCIS web site. Does anyone know why we have been routed to Nebraska?

Hi! We actually asked the same question because we were not supposed to be at Nebraska either but the customer service rep told us that if not all, majority of the cases go to Nebraska... I know for a fact not all of them go but it could be that most of them find their way there.

On June 23, 2017, we approved your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

I fully expected my case to be approved and now I begin preparation for the NVC stage.

I'm a US citizen living in Australia with my Australian husband. Our application was received on Jan 16 as per the website and we received a NOA very quickly but nothing since then. Is anyone else here applying for their spouse's I-130 from overseas? I'm getting processed through Nebraska as well. I wish it went through Potomac as they are working on January 2017 cases right now. Hope we all hear something back soon. Good luck to everyone.

We live in Sweden and applied from there. My husband is US citizen and I am Swedish. We also got Nebraska when we sent the application to Chicago lockbox. Our PD is January 31. What I have seen Nebraska is the biggest office and that most of the applications ends up there. Fill out your dates in your timeline and you will get an estimated date to keep track on. And it helps others estimated timelines. Good luck, I follow you since you are ahead of me 👍
