Any inform i learn on VJ will help me in the next month or so because i am at Nebraska. Every bit is gonna help with the fight im preparing to have.

I'm hanging, nothing else I can do but hang lol. Still no response yet from the senator and I also tried to expedite but it hasn't even been assigned to anyone yet. I doubt they will grant it anyway but I thought hey it's worth a try. I know our approval will come soon. I am thinking probably some time next month. Maybe it will happen on our anniversary date 7/11, that would be awesome. I hope for all of us the NVC stage goes much faster. I will just feel such a sigh of relief when I finally see "Approved" rather then "Case was Received" lol.

What is wrong with VJ processing time for Nebraska Service Center?

Everyday that ends, the processing time gets a step behind, today it is saying 07-Nov

That is crazy

i feel for you guys,  still lot of people stuck with November dates at Nebraska :(  

while at my USCIS case status app , this morning I got notification for : 

Date Applied : May 23 2017 

Service Center : Nebraska 

Response to USCIS Request for Evidence was Received  to >>>>  Case Was Approved .... 

 

wow .. if thats I-130  . he applied 1 month ago got RFE  and was approved all within 1 month ??

 

man if that's true that guy is .. really lucky or something .. 

 

oh well, keep the hopes up you guys are all there as soon as those USCIS workers get their Red-bull shots they'll process case faster ... lol

  • 03/26/19.    NVC said we should email NVC expedite an tell them we need all three done at the same time as it's a financial burden to make two trips to Jamaica for interview. Which we did now the wait begins. Son case already sent to Jamaica embassy 
  • 04/01/19.   Daughters approved for expedite and sent to Jamaica (embassy) 👌
  • 04/05/19.   Received interview date for May 10, 8am. Registered their interview and emailed Andrews Hospital to schedule their appointments.
  • 04/26/19.    Medical appointment date 8am.
  • 05/10/19.    Interview 8am approved.  🎉🎊..

  • 12/03/21      I drove 3 hours for my interview only to be told my file wasn't there and I'd have to be rescheduled for another interview. they weren't sure if it would be possible before the holiday. He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.  
  • 01/07/22.     Interview rescheduled for 02/14/22 @1:30pm Charleston SC.
  • 02/14/22.      Passed my interview. Now await oath ceremony.
  • 11/02/22.      Letter mailed with oath ceremony date and time 
  • 11/08/22.      Received letter oath ceremony scheduled for 11/15/22 @9am Charleston 
  • 11/15/22.      Oath Ceremony in Charleston (finally a citizen of the USA 🇺🇸) 🥳🍾
