How is November not done? According to NSC, on April 30th they were processing October 31st. I know Visa Journey only represents a small sample size but according to them they are on November 8th. It couldn't possibly take them over a month and a half to process a little over a weeks worth of petitions. 

 

Shouldn't they be around mid-December? This is beyond frustrating.

I share your frustration. When I called yesterday I was told that the October 31 date was accurate as of 6/14. I said well it states that is the date as of April 30. I was then told to go by the dates at the bottom of the processing time page which shows the last time the page was updated. I just checked again and it shows: Last Updated: June 14, 2017

 
My PD is 12/12/16. The representative said I had about another two months of waiting. :wacko:  I wrote my congresswoman so I am awaiting a response from that. I keep saying I am just going to stop stressing and stop checking the site as it will eventually be approved but I can't.

It's frustrating as can be!!! ON the Case Tracker app you can search cases before and after yours and the way it looks for us who has the date of 11/25/16 there is over 1000 I-130 cases at Nebraska alone. Probably why it's so slowwwww:(

Still wating for NOA2 my P.D is October 24, i'm out of normal processing time. We're waiting for USCIS reply to Congressman.  Calling USCIS  has been totally useless.  Nebraska is a real nightmare.

  • 12/03/21      I drove 3 hours for my interview only to be told my file wasn't there and I'd have to be rescheduled for another interview. they weren't sure if it would be possible before the holiday. He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.

  • 02/14/22.      Passed my interview. Now await oath ceremony.
  • 11/02/22.      Letter mailed with oath ceremony date and time

Call USCIS because they have past your priority date and hence you are outside normal processing. Ask to speak to a tier 3 supervisor.

 

Go to their website and log an inquiry use the did not receive notice by mail. That way someone will have to look at your case.

tried to do an inquiry but they stated i had already done one. 

i didn't know there was a tier 3 i had thought it stopped at tier 2
